Actually I never received it yet . When ordered I did not know the cameras was either or WiFi or 4G. I sent an e-mail as I left 5 messages to call me back , never received call back. Had to communicate by e-mail , taking much longer Did what they asked , retuned the WiFi costing another $60 and of this date have not received my cameras or refund . Adds should specify that the cameras are WiFi or 4 G .

Crooks! Crappy camera! Does not respond to emails. They don’t take refunds and keep your money. Filed a charge with my credit card after months of nothing.

My new V4 is perfect but my V3 I can’t unskrew the battery pack. I don’t use it thru the winter

I wanted to be 5-star satisfied. Unfortunately, the camera I received had intermittent performance problems that couldn’t be resolved via tech support. I had to ship the camera back to the company in Canada. That process took more than 4 weeks. Now I’m waiting for their feedback. I requested a full refund, but they have not provided that. The technology seems good and the images (when the camera was working) were good. The issue really amounted to poorly performing motion detection. It was not reliable and could not be trusted.

We bought 2 cameras and it works amazing so far, took no time at all to install them and it was no problem connecting to wifi. Love that you can hear conversations(can be turned off). Picture is extremely clear, will order more for our other location.

The fact that the solar panel can be placed in a different location than the actual camera is genius. My solar panel is on the side of the house, while the camera is a bit lower where there isn't much sunlight but gets a great viewing angle.

The V4 camera is by far my favourite of the Premium Invention camera lineup. It has a very long cord attached to the solar panel which allows for flexibility when mounting your camera and solar panel in the direction for maximum sunlight exposure for charging. The picture quality is great and the ability to zoom is also an added bonus. I will definitely be ordering more V4 cameras and I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Good inexpensive camera if you are near a wifi router or access point. I have several within about 35-40 ft. from an access point, going thru 2 walls-one of them a glass door, and they operate intermittently. Just showing 1 out of 5 bars.

I like the improvements, particularly that the camera will pivot smoothly instead of the previous model jumping 10 or so degrees per touch.

I have now installed three (3) V4 WiFi Cameras and one (1) V3S WiFi camera. I have covered the entire parameter of my home and property. The App is easy to use, everything is now working properly. Rain, snow and bad weather do not negatively affect the camera’s performance at all. Videos are saved properly, I can play them back whenever I want. I was initially looking at cameras on Amazon thinking that they were of the same quality as Premium Invention, I am now glad that I did not buy those cameras from Amazon. After I installed my first camera and got it working properly with the exceptional help from Premium Invention tech support I ordered another three (3) cameras. They are excellent, they get the job done, the flood lights and microphones are an added bonus and the night vision is excellent. Thank you Premium Invention for providing a great product with excellent customer service and customer support. I now have friends and family members placing orders for their own homes and properties.

This is my second purchase. I use both with a sim card from t mobile. Second camera is the one that rotates nearly the whole way around. These are outstanding cameras. Excellent support when I have a question. Zero complaints!!!

Amazing image

Have been testing out the V4 in the field for past week in SUBZERO temperatures in North Dakota. Fully charged the camera before installing outside with solar panel... So far with snow laying on top of the solar panel, flawless. What little light the panel gets has been keeping it up and running and functional. Have had some bad communication over another order as of late from Premium Invention and will be rethinking my future purchases... Too bad, the cameras are great, customer service, not so much.

Easy to install and it's solar, so no drilling holes and wiring needed. Picture and color quality is great! Camera can also move left, right, up, down just from the app on our phone. Motion detection is also good, will be purchasing more!

The Wireless V4 is exactly what we needed, can point solar panel in a good direction for sunlight and our camera has a great viewing angle. So far, this product has been great, also love the light that it provides at night. We prefer it to be automatically turned on, saves us the purchase for additional light outside.
