Yes! You can have up to 8 people logging in and viewing a camera’s live feed simultaneously on the app for V3S and V4 cameras.
Is the portal app-only, or am I able to use a desktop or view it from a different app?
To use our V4 and V3S cameras, it is necessary to download our application onto your smartphone or tablet. Please note that a desktop version of the application is currently unavailable. The application on your mobile device grants access to all camera functions, including the ability to adjust settings, view recordings, and more.

Do I have to manually activate the SIM card that came with the V4 4G camera?
The SIM card accompanying your 4G camera has been pre-activated and includes 100 MB of complimentary data to facilitate the initial setup of your device. Please note that the complimentary data will expire after 7 days from the time of insertion into your camera.
